1. About AskCher AI

AskCher AI (“AskCher,” “we,” “us”) is an AI-powered tutoring service based in Singapore. We provide step-by-step explanations for Mathematics and Science questions aligned to MOE syllabuses (PSLE, O-Level, and A-Level). AskCher is designed as a supplementary study aid and is not a replacement for qualified teachers or tuition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

AskCher is intended for personal, educational use only. You agree not to:

  • Use AskCher to complete graded assignments, examinations, or any assessed work in violation of your school’s academic integrity policy.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the service.
  • Share your account credentials with others or resell access.
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or unrelated to academic study.

4. AI-generated content

All explanations, worked solutions, and marking schemes are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and align our responses with MOE syllabuses, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify solutions with your teacher or official mark schemes before relying on them for exam preparation.

5. Accounts and billing

Free accounts are subject to daily question limits. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at hello@askcher.ai.

6. Intellectual property

The AskCher name, logo, and website content are owned by AskCher AI. MOE syllabus content referenced within responses remains the property of the Ministry of Education, Singapore, and the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES) where applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

AskCher AI is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that responses will be error-free or that the service will be available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of AskCher after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
